We stayed in a lovely room on the eighth floor. very nice - staff were very helpful and the hotel not noisy at all. convenient location for wall street and ground zero and within a short stroll of the nearest subway station. just across the road from the south seaport. easy to check in and out.Baxter

We really enjoyed our stay and so did about 26 relatives and friends who were there to attend our daughter's wedding.
The breakfast should be free or really improved if they want people to pay for it.Anonymous

Ideally situated for statue of liberty and the financial area (ground zero) and close to the subway and for $2.00 you can travel up to midtown(times square)(empire state bldg)and shops.The hotel is rated as a 4 star when in reality it should be graded a 3 at tops.we complained about the 1st room we were offered we complained and were moved to the top floor where the best rooms were(suites)Anonymous

Nice large room for the cityUnclean, unhelpful staff, breakfast wasn't included, no view, most expensive minibar i have found, too far from attractions for tourists. nobody knows where it is so hard to get back to at night. Anonymous

The hotel seemed to be recently refurbished and was perfect for our needs. it was modern, much cheaper than others nearby, the staff were extra friendly and the location was nice & quiet even though it is in the centre of ny's financial district.
