I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel room and ensuite were of a reasonable size. the room itself was clean and reasonably maintained. the location could not have been better.
Some of the common areas (corridors) could have been cleaner. the hotel in general was in need of redecoration.gillham

Great parking rate after validation at garage down the street, friendly staff that let us check in early, conveniently located.They charged more than the website said (an extra $35), horrible, small shower with bad water pressure and only two temps - scalding or freezing.Russell

Hotel is a small hotel however very clean and near to many of the new york sights.subway just along the block which is very convenient.overall value for money.would suit a couple(not really for kids)but was fine for a short stay.Maybe a restaurant for breakfast,however not a huge problem as there are plenty of 'deli's' nearby...Anonymous

The hotel is in an excellent location just 2 blocks from the empire state building. the staff were all extremely helpful. the room large with 3 beds as requested and very clean. would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling on a budget but wanted to be in a central location and wanting a clean, safe and comfortable hotel. Location excellent better than we thought it would be room perfect.Yes one thing was a worry. we arrived after a 22 hour flight from sydney, jet lag wasn't helped by street garbage trucks between 2 and 4am we just didn't get to sleep for about 3 days.. so so exhausting. ny fabulous will stay same place next time. for your next question i would say anyone but it wont let me!!Anonymous

The hotel was close to empire state building and easy access to public transportation & deli's.The hotel had no water pressure whatsoever. could barely take a shower - luckily we only had to take one each. shower so small, you almost had to step out of it to turn around.Anonymous

Nette schone kamers, aardig personeel. uitstekende locatie vlak bij metrostation en het aller mooiste was bij afrekenen bleek er die week een actie te zijn wat ons mooi 170 dollar scheelde !!! Het enige negatieve was dat er te weinig kast ruimte was, misschien hadden wij te veel kleding bij maar er waren maar 3 lades onder de tv en dan een paar hele smalle lades in bureau en nachtkastje. er was alleen een kapstok met 5 hangers voor eventuele hang kleding.Anonymous
