The ataff was very friendly.
We had to change the room because the bathroomwindow could not be closed. it was directly at the outside-fieresteps.the second room was much smaler.in the new room the tv did not work. Anonymous

The interior decor was very nice and the guys who carried our suitcases to and from the rooms were very helpful.Rooms very small, no table or chair in rooms. the shower was dangerous as the hot and cold water would change suddently at the slight adjustment. i brought this to the attention to the staff on reception after my husband nearly got scalded in the shower.Anonymous

Nice hotel for the price-staff were nice and polite. doormen very helpful with stairs.Rooms could have been cleaner i.e a bit dusty.Izquierdo Galiot
