The fact that they change my room quickly but the room that i got the second time was not anything to look forward to.
The 6th floor hallway smelled like pot. i was originally in the 6th floor i had to change flfloor. horrible for non smoker however they rapidly change my room.

The staff were helpful
The worst check-in experience i have ever had in over 20 years of visiting hotels. very bad rooms - had to change twice before i was put in a clean room. having to man-handle my luggage to the storage room myself.
