The staff were delightful> the bed was huge and so comfy. the breakfast was superb.the cosy bar area had real ambiance. we walked everywhere as the hotel was so central. would not want to stay anywhere else again. highly recommendThere were numerous tiny black flies in the bedroom and bathroom which, as soon as we killed one, another camewilliamson

Awesome room and the most comfortable beds and pillows we have ever seen-- blows away even the heavenly bed at a more expensive hotel chain...We were told breakfast would be included in the room and then when checking out to get breakfast they said it was not--and wouldn't honor what was told to us.Anonymous

Staff was very friendly, informative, and professional. the room was a nice size for nyc and the location was excellent. lots of restaurants nearby, 2 blocks to the metro, and parking was $22 if you park it yourself. the room was very clean, stylish, and comfortable to sleep in. My girlfriend did not like the frosted sliding doors to the bathroom, but it was more due to aesthetics.Anonymous

Very pleasent staff. very helpful. rooms had a funky style about them which i enjoyed.Hidden charges with service charges and unusually 'taxes'. we where taxed a couple of hundred dollors which we found appalling. it woudnt of been a problem if we knew before we went away on holidays.
