The hotel is a gem tucked away on a quiet street 1 minute walk from time square. the staff were courteous and helpful, in particular the concierge who gave use wonderful advice about tours and shows.
The wifi was extremely erratic in our rooms and even in the hotel lobby -this is an irritation if you need the internet/skype etc to keep in touch with work etc. if this was sorted out, the hotel would have been ideal!Anonymous
