The location was perfect. we were basically able to walk everywhere from the hotel, and if not, the subway station was only a block away. the staff were very accommodating and helpful and the room we booked was perfect for our stay.Unfortunately, the first couple of nights we stayed at the hotel, we were put into a different room because our's wasn't ready ret. it was meant for one person, but two of us were staying there for two nights.Ligneul

Ottima la posizione, poco fuori dal caotico centro, ma vicino alla fermata della metropolitana. la stanza era un po' piccola, ma carina. Il prezzo un po' caro. oltre al prezzo visualizzabile bisogna aggiungere le tasse. per il resto ok.Anonymous

The location is fantastic! the price for our modest room would be outrageous in other cities, but was great for nyc. the staff were helpful, and our room was cleaned every day. we had a microwave, small fridge, and a coffee maker in our room.The hotel is modest, and our room was small, with no room for a desk to put our computer on. Great neighborhood, near the subway, close to restaurants, drugstores, etc, nice staff. i stayed in a double double with private bath, which was quite big, had a closet, new bathroom, mini fridge and a safe. i would stay there again!The strange smell on the hallways (not in the bedroom, thank god). i also took a look at the shared bath, it´s terrible!Anonymous
