The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. definitely recommended if you're staying near times square.Their website should list check-in/check-out times.Anonymous

Nice, clean room with a surprisingly large bathroom and comfy bed. service was cheerful, if not especially efficient. given the location, a couple of blocks from time square & subways that will get you anywhere, it's a good deal.The bell captain took 30 minutes to bring my bag up to my room, and my keycard was deactivated before i checked out, causing some aggravation when i was trying to leave and catch a train. front desk staff seemed stressed out, and not very efficient.Anonymous

Great location to times square. nice and quiet. warm. comfortable beds. seemed much cheaper than anything else around the area.Would have been nice to have breakfast included (they are building a restaurant at the moment), needs to have tes/coffee making facilities in the room. safe could have been bigger to accomodate laptopDel Castillo
