Superb location. rooftop bar was good, especially the view of the empire state building at night. rooms were fairly spacious. overall, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. some of the staff were friendly and helpful. the free breakfast is a nice touch.
Empty bottles and used glasses were not removed from our room until we asked. some reception staff were surly and clearly couldn't have cared less. plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast seemed cheap.Anonymous
