We arrived at the hotel to find they had no record of our booking. i had my printed confirmation with me but this didn't help as the hotel kept telling me they had never heard of "easytobook.com" we spent over an hour waiting and discussing the issue with the hotel and the only solution they could give us was "you should always book with a well known agent" and a twin room (for 3no people) or a smoking double room. we had no choice but to take the smoking room but as non smokers this was not pleasant especially as the trip was for my niece's 16th birthday treat. she became very upset and kicked our short break off to a really bad start. the rooms where old and dated, not very clean and the staff were rude and unhelpful suggesting it was my fault for using a booking agent they had never heard of. i will not be using your site again in fear of the same thing happening as we almost found ourselves on the street!!!!

Pulling heavy luggages and getting no help. front desk staff did just about the minimum to check me in - nothing more. did not offer more help with my "broken reservation" between availability of smoking and non-smoking rooms. bottom line, i didn;t feel welcome.
