The only positive was the location of the hotel, but that was not worth all the negatives.A lot of negatives. from a false complimentary upgrade at check in, taking a shower in water ankle deep, absolute rudeness of staff, a smoked in room that was non smoking, broken remote control to tv, the toilet took a few minutes to flush while having to hold the handle down, staff would not answer any questions a out nyc or even give you slight directions saying "that is not part of our job", to not fulfilling requests that they have been known to fulfill such as floor level and view. overall we had a horrible experience at the millinium broadway nyc. i would not recommend this to anyone!Anonymous

The staff was excellent. i left a new coat on the bed and did not discover it until i got home. i felt sure that it would not be there in that it was an expensive leather coat. to my surprise it had been turned in to security by the maid and will be shipped back to me. very impressive!!!!!!!!Anonymous

As a frequent traveler what you want from a hotel is a good clean room that is ideally located for that particular purpose of the trip. in this regard millennium broadway has met 100% of my expectations. the room was clean, the service good and the hotel staff polite. even though it was right at times square the room was astonishingly quite, something which most travelers would appreciate when rest is needed. millennium has met my needs for a hotel in ny and i have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in ny. location? ideal for a ny stay.Anonymous
