Use of the gym was a bonus. so was the free pick up from the airport
The website said clearly that breakfast would be included in the price unless the hotel rate said otherwise. the hotel rate did not say breakfast was excluded so i presumed it was included, but it was not. your website is seriously misleading. i think you should reimburse me the cost of three days of breakfast for two people, and change your website so that it is accurate.

The van drivers to and from the airport were very nice and helpful.
The hotel was just decent, not dirty but not really clean either. didn't feel welcomed by staff.
