Great location just down the street and you were in time square,close short walk and you were close to both subway and bus. great for macy's and dinning if your not fussey this is for you.would go back again.
Glad we booked a queens room as i found this to be cramed,no mirrow in room had to use the bathroom one to dry hair which is dangerous.RIVERA MIGUEL

Helpful staff. stones throw away from times square/theatre district. 1960-70's interior but very clean.Double bed room with shared bathroom. there is no wash basin in the shared bathroom! its great to know i, like everyone else after using the bathroom has to touch the handle, and another two sets of doors before returning to my room to wash my hands. surely this can't pass health and safety regulations????Anonymous

Comfortable bed, excellent location - steps from times square.Bare bones facility - no hair dryer, no extras, small space but i expected all this from the website, and was happy to be so close to times square and not have to pay over $300 for the room.Britain

Great location. it is very central, close to time square, fifth avenue, central park and many other attractions are within walking distance. my room was small, but the bed was comfy and the room was relatively quiet for its location.Galvin

Excellent locationVery noisy i also had someone wake me trying to get into my room ,later in the middle of the night i was woken by people knocking on my door ,the staff were not helpful when i wanted to leave my case by the desk while i went to collect my other belongings from the room .also my card didnt work in the shared bathroom facilities and i didnt think the shower area was clean enough to shower in Arthur

The location is good.The common/shared bathroom does not have a place to hang or put the things one need to take a shower eg, when you remove your clothes to take a shower there is no place to hang or place them neither is there a place to hang or place the towel you will use after showering. The only good experience was the location. also the bath was really cleanIn your web site the price incluyed breakfast, when we arrived, they told us that they didn´t have breakfast service.
the hotel is old, my room was in front of the restrooms, so the noice was too much.
the price of the room has no relation with the service.
the photograph of the room was really good, but the real room wasn´t what we expected.Anonymous

Staff helpful and courteous, hotel within easy access of transport, theatres and activitiesRomm smelt of cigareete smoke and i don't know if there were non-smoking room but would have liked to have booked one if such a creature existed.
