The room was clean, other than that there is nothing good about this hotel. 
Had to move rooms because the air conditioning was so loud it sounded like the engine room of a train so couldn't sleep. had to move bags myself as no one turned up to help. key card stopped working every time left room and had to be reset. ask for a hairdryer, get an iron. currently in dispute with hotel with regards unauthorised charges to my credit card. do not stay in this hotel.Brannstrom

Very good location, clean rooms and helpful staff.Very small rooms. renovations ongoing, most of it done already. only one elevator was working and they replaced the carpet outside our room. prices during the week are twice as expensive as the weekend.Anonymous

The location - so close to times square and easy to get to the public transport system. the room was clean and staff friendlyWell, there was construction work which was noisy, and the lift worked so badly that we were forced to climb nine floors - past the construction crew and hanging cables which was frankly dangerous. we got a room change after the first night as the air condition was so loud that we couldnt hear the tv even when on full volume (and i'm not deaf!). the telephone charges were exceptionally high and after ordering a taxi to take me to the airport they suggested using their company rather than a yellow cab, then didnt turn up on time making the trip more stressful.Hughes

The hotel is under reconstruction - should have states that!! the lifts are the most horrible i have yet seen. only one and extremely slow. aircondition makes a lot of noise. and you have to make sure you don't stay next to the vending machine... . the location is great though!!!Anonymous

Nadat de renovatiewerken achter de rug zijn zal dit hotel heel knap zijn, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. het grootste pluspunt is de ligging 10 op 10.Het hotel was nog vollop bezig met verbouwen en dat kon zorgen voor lange wachttijden op de enige trage lift zeker wanneer ze aan de trappenhallen bezig warenVan Der Ven
