Nice and helpful staff, nice breakfast selection and close to subwayNo toothbrush and toothpaste provided. the "pillows" were only 2 cushions instead of real pillows.Anonymous

Good location:near metro station, 10 min time square, 45 min jfk. acceptable room price. very kind reception staff.Extremly noisy and a bit dirty neighborhood (metro)! very small room. after the daily cleaning, the room was always full with the cleanin person's black hair.Anonymous

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful. room very nice. clean, felt safe. would stay again.The area seemed a little bit rough and a little intimidating, but luckily it was near the subway. could hear the subway in the room a little. this however wouldn't make me not stay there again if the price was right.Anonymous

Staff went out of their way to help us with everything, even using their front desk computer to print out documents. the room was great and cleaned every day for us.Every now and then you hear a train go past but its nothing to worry about cause new york is a noisy city anyway.Kurz
