How to reach the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers?By public transport, from LaGuardia Airport: Take the New York Airport Service Express Bus for Midtown Manhattan/East Side until Grand Central Station. Once here, you can take then underground line 4, 5 or 6 towards uptown and get off at Lexington Ave - 53rd St Station, then take the blue metro line E towards 50th St Station and get off at 7th Ave Station. The hotel is located just off this metro station. If you prefer you can also take a short taxi ride away.

Great location. good swimming pool. 
Concierge unhelpful and gave us totally inaccurate information about trains
