Good location on manhattan, value for money
It is only a couple of doors from fire dept so we couldnt sleep due to siren noise, only single glazing windows! rooms on the front are ridiculosly noisey and im not a light sleeper.28 Oct 09

Excellent location on lower manhattan. neighbour to little italy with good restaurants and exceiting chinatown. financial district and broadway within walking distance. silent room in the middle of the building. free coffee in the lobby mornings. free wi-fi internet.Tiny room with the only window in the roof. no elevator. no restaurant or breakfast facilities. internet only working in the lobby and not in the room. poor water supply in the bathroom.11 Oct 09
Location made visiting the tenement museum and little italy very convenient. hotel was clean and staff was very professional and helpful.The room we stayed in must have been just above a nightclub. we heard music and felt vibrations from music until 3 in the morning. we were on the first floor on a saturday night, so good idea to go for another floor on weekends.10 Oct 09

Good location, pleasant helpful portering staffThe foyer gives a good first impression with aspirations to "boutiqueness. presumably you are paying for the location which is excellent. however not sure if this compensates for the tiny rooms, lack of facilities to even make a tea or coffee, absence of a plug in the basin and the faintly insulting plastic under-sheet that made for a very uncomfortable august new york night. 27 Jul 09

Great location, great price for value, nice personal and very good cleaning.Our room was to noisy. it stays on the ground floor right next to some industrial ac machines. the noise at night was unbelievable high. it was impossible to sleep until 4h00 in the morning. that room need some kind of sound isolation
