From LaGuardia airport: take the Q – 33 Bus to the 82nd Street Subway Station at Jackson HTS. Take the number (7) train going downtown to 42nd Street. At 42nd, take the (A) train to West 4th Street. From Newark airport: the Express Coach USA bus leaves every 5 to 10 minutes to New York City. Get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal on West 32nd and take the (A) train to West 4th Street. Our room was above the entrance door. the divice on this door (wich avoid a slammind door) was broken. young gests who wher coming in late disturped us in our sleep. first there was the slaming door and after that the very noisy young gests.Gomes

Good hotel, great location.I had a good room away from the main hallways but if you had a hallway room it would be a very noisy and disappointing stay for the money. the rates should reflect this.Loughrey

The staff were very friendly and helpful,we did not have a problem with room size as we checked on website before booking and saw that the standard double was very small, so we booked a deluxe room and that was a more acceptable size,the rooms were cleaned well every day and coffee and tea served in lobby every morning.We did see a small mouse in lobby one day, but manhattan is an island! didn't bother us at all.Anonymous

The staff was very friendly and helpful with our bags. the hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff carried all of our bags upstairs for us.The shower was very tiny, but that's really my only complaint. i knew the rooms were small when i made the reservation.Anonymous

Good location on manhattan, value for moneyIt is only a couple of doors from fire dept so we couldnt sleep due to siren noise, only single glazing windows! rooms on the front are ridiculosly noisey and im not a light sleeper.Anonymous

Excellent location on lower manhattan. neighbour to little italy with good restaurants and exceiting chinatown. financial district and broadway within walking distance. silent room in the middle of the building. free coffee in the lobby mornings. free wi-fi internet.Tiny room with the only window in the roof. no elevator. no restaurant or breakfast facilities. internet only working in the lobby and not in the room. poor water supply in the bathroom.Anonymous

Location made visiting the tenement museum and little italy very convenient. hotel was clean and staff was very professional and helpful.The room we stayed in must have been just above a nightclub. we heard music and felt vibrations from music until 3 in the morning. we were on the first floor on a saturday night, so good idea to go for another floor on weekends.Jenner
