It was very well decorated and the location was amazing. it wasn't directly on broadway (times square) so it wasn't as loud but it was 4-5 doors down to it so it was easy to get to.
My reservation wasn't in the system and it took 10 minutes to sort it out. the bathroom got stuck and i had to call 3 times to get someone to come and fix it. they gave me a continental breakfast which consisted of 1 croissant, 1 scone, or a danish. duke

The lobby is very modern looking and the bar is nice. The room was the smallest hotel room i've ever stayed in, in my life. the television did not have a clear picture. the elevator was extremely slow.Chant

Room was small, but very functional. i think that if you are planning on spending a lot of time in your room, this is not the hotel for you. however, if you would like a great starting point for getting around to all the great sights of nyc, i would highly suggest that you stay at this hotel. about a 10 minute walk to central park and minutes away from all the metro lines to get anywhere in manhattan and outside of manhattanAnonymous

The hotel rooms are expensive however, you are paying for your location and the trendy modern feel the décor portrays. On arriving in the hotel i noticed the lighting was very dim in reception and also in the small but nicely decorated bedroom. staying in nyc in june you would expect that the air-conditioning in the room would be working however, this was not the case. after raising this at reception on the first night and also on the second, subsequently my last night, i received a note through my door around late evening detailing that the ac problem could not be rectified and i was more than welcome to change to another room if i wished however, this was pointless as i was to check-out the following morning! another problem with the room was the odour emulating from the shower room which i found to be the drains! to top off this short stay in time square the noise of other guests at 2am in the morning shouting and screaming was not welcomed.
in summary i will not be back to this “nice boutique” hotel and would recommend that you look into other options for your trip.

This hotel is a gem, perfect location right beside times square, very modern boutique look, rooms are exactly what they should be ( room to sleep and wash, who goes to ny to stay in a room anyways), staff was amazing and very helpful in all aspects.
