The location of this hotel is excellent 1 block to fifth avenue and about 4/5 blocks for times square. i would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.When we were booking our taxi for the airport with the hotel staff he recommended a private taxi he said it would cost 55 dollars which included the tips - which worked out same as yellow taxi's when you gave a tip. when we reached the airport the driver tried to charge us 65 dollars then went down to 60 and said that didn't include tip. i insisted i was told 55 dollars which included tip and that is all i gave him so be aware of this. i am assuming that this is a scam between the taxi driver and the hotel staff.Anonymous

The breakfast was good but we could not find the hot water for tea only coffee. tip for anyone who do not like sweet things in the morning, pop over to the deli across the road and buy some cheese and ham. bagels at the hotel were super! Waiting to use the computer, there was only two and today when everyone needs to check emails including grannies and businessmen it would have been good with a few more.Anonymous

The room was lovely. nice and spacious, huge flat screen tv, comfortable beds, powerful shower, the room was the best thing about the hotel.I found some of the staff to be quite rude (a couple of the canteen staff).Anonymous

Very clean, ample rooms and great location.Overpriced. better hotels charge less than they do. $250 a night for a two beds room is way overpriced. there is a construction site next door that should be considered when pricing this hotel. it takes away from the location to have all the construction workers hanging around the sidewalk, and construction look of the surroundings.Ferguson

A really pleasant stay in a very nice clean room which had good facilities. great big flat screen tv, nice bathroom, coffee machine and ipod dock a nice bonus. staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was generally very easy going and the other guests were a nice friendly mix of people too. the welcome pack was a nice touch. i would stay here again as it was also at a very reasonable price.Anonymous

The hotel on times square was a surprise! our room was very large and was well decorated. other hotels in its category that i have stayed in before did not have the equivalent facilities at such good rates. i enjoyed the breakfast and had no problem with the fact that it was served on disposable plates. the location is superb, far enough away from times square to not be caught in the hubbub and noise, but close enough to whiel away a few hours crowd watching.Anonymous

Very cozy, perfect beds, boutique type.I didn't feel good about glass door of a bathroom. i stayed with my friend and even though the glass is not transparent, it made me feel like i lack privacy.Anonymous

My friend and i have just come back from new york and i can honestly say, we loved this hotel. it's recently refurbished thus making everything shiney new. the hotel staff are helpfull and friendly. the rooms are quite big with lovely en suite bathrooms. i am planning on coming back to this hotel in the near future.Ok, here's the thing. the hotel is excellent but there were a few small issues:
the breakfast room is too small
there are not enough computers! only 2!
our in-room safe was broken and took 3 days to fix!
that's pretty much it. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to new york city!sogbodjor

Great location, 2 minute walk from times square.
the rooms are a bit small but maybe that's how it is in ny, the room was clean
There are 2 elevators, sometimes only one works but it's not really that big a deal.
with no view.
