We randomly selected your hotel, offered from a long list of travel agency. we chose it by location and we chose it very well, because the services are excellent and we loved there. so next time when we'll visit ny, we'll make the same choice. t

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the beds were really comfortable. the room after 3 tries was good. we were also given a free night as we had had a few bad experiences there and a free american breakfast, so they did try. the mistakes were just unfortunate.
The keys would not work every evening after a long day and we then had to wait for someone to come and open the door. in the end they changed the key for a hard key and then did not inform the cleaning staff so our room was not made up. the rooms were not that well cleaned. our first room had vomit on the bathroom wall, the second room had a tiny bathroom and bad cupboard space. the third room had dirty glass shelves. it seemed as though the management there was not very effective and not much information was passed on

Excellent decor and ambiance with our 'deluxe' room being spacious and clean and having a separate lounge area. hotel restaurant good too if a little pricey.
Breakfasts are very expensive - best to stay clear and go to a local diner. concierge service left a bit to be desired!
