The Inn on 23rd is a family owned and operated bed and breakfast in the heart of Manhattan's Chelsea District. We, the owners, have always enjoyed staying at B and B's while on vacation. Now we have brought that experience to the city we love. We took note of what we liked about the intimacy of B and B's and the convenience of nice hotels to create what we like to call the "Urban B and B," or the best of both worlds.
