Great location, clean - we had no issues with the hotel or its staff. we thought for where it was and in comparison to other hotels around, it was good value for money
Small rooms (but you don't spend a lot of time in there anyway) the lack of storage space in the room and no fridge. however these things would not prevent us from staying there again.Anonymous

Easy to book did not send reservation to the hotel which really annoyed us!
we had to wait for about an hour to get a room!

It was great , as always, but when i arrived there was no record of my reservation with easytobook... so i will never use it again.. its just as easy and cheap to call the hotel directlyOnly that i was delayed when i showed up because i made the mistake of making the reservation with easytobookAnonymous

The hotel is trendy, the service feels personalized, everyone was very friendly. the room was a good size and we didn't experience any problems, (like proper amount of towels, shampoos... etc). we were in the middle of time square which made everything so much easier. great hotel, fully recommend it!The elevators were not fully renovated, hence there were only 2 out of 4 working which made it very slow.Anonymous
