Loction was great, doormen and staff handling luggage upt o/from room were great! nice to have resturant attachted.Size of our room was a joke-sooo small. we stayed two days (14-16 september). we also had to wait for this room while other came in, checked in and got a room immeditely! i bet the staff were laughing at us the whole time. my brother, who booked thru hotels.com for one night got a big room with a view. i think those that stay longer should get the better rooms.PELTA

The location was excellent. very quiet to say it was so close to times square. good facilities. efficient air conditioning (much needed). very good price in a very expensive city. plenty of room even compared to london hotels despite reading reviews complaining of tiny rooms. a very comfortable stay.Breedt

The location was good - and the doormen were helpfull.After a long journey arriving at the hotel late - we were received very poorly and not attented to. it was alot of effort for the girl and she was nor friendly at all. our lost luggage was forwarded to the hotel by courier from the airline but the hotel staff did not attempt to go and look if it had arrived. when checking out the luggage were at the hotel but stella at the concierge desk kept on saying that they did not receive it. eventually she found the bag at the hotel - but we already left for the airport. for what we paid we are very dissapointed.Anonymous

Ideal location. you are a short walk away from all the broadway theaters, the subway, times square, rockerfeller center and the restaurants on 9th avenue. extremely courteous and helpful staff. Room was on the small size with the closet barely larger than a broom closet and a small bathroom. it was just large enough for a couple but if this couple had even one child with them then the room would have been too cramped. there are no ice machines in the hotel but room service will deliver ice. only two elevators for the entire hotel. Always polite and courteous staff. the room was very clean and well looked after by the cleaners. even stopping by to turn your sheets back in the evening. Only the location. being so close to times sq, is great for 1st timers to new york. it gets very tiresome after your 1st visit though (was our 4th time to ny)Sibisi

Excellent location, well equipped rooms, a decent place to stay.No concierge showing me to my room which gave me a few problems in that had to learn to operate tv and do not disturb function myself (sounds easy but in a different country, some guidance would have been appreciated).Anonymous
