Absolutely superb location - 5 minute walk to central park, times square and 5th avenue and subways literally right outside the wellington side entrance.At times there were lengthy waits for a lift. we were on the 17th floor, i would recommend requesting to not be any higher then that, and also request to not be near the lifts as they are pretty noisy, and you can hear everything said by waiting people (and vice versa!).Redelinghuys

The heating system in our room made a terrible noise. we informed the front desk staff, but they told us that they could do nothing about it. we couldn't really sleep well because of all the noise.Anonymous
