 "Wonderful Hotel"
This was a wonderful, friendly and clean hotel that was centrally located to attractions in Auckland. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. We ate dinner one evening and breakfast on two mornings. I would not hesitate to come back to this Hotel if I ever visit Auckland again. I would also recommend this hotel to friends and family.We had a great time in Auckland and having a nice hotel really helps us enjoy our holiday.Rick

Pros: Staff very helpful and close to city centre.
we were also ripped off by the taxi driver from the airport and we ended up paying nz$85 when the fare should have been in the vicinity of $65. the hotel offered us a van going back to the airport for $20. pp
Cons: I think the website should mention that the hotel does not have central heating and cooling - and only has plug-in heating heating and cooling- which would be fine if you were exoecting i.
