Under the watchful eye of Simon Gault, Shane Yardley, Simon’s protégé for some 16 years, has created a dynamic and mouth watering menu that takes the finest fish from our shores and around the world and creates dishes that will excite the palate and enthral the eye. Shane Yardley’s Clevedon oysters, whitebait and Diver scallops, mains that include a take on the classic surf ‘n Turf. A meal at FISH will not be complete without a show stopping dessert such as Nitro Toffee & Coffee mousse or the Mango Trifle. Placed centre stage amidst the restaurant is the sharing table where guests can come to enjoy a drink and a lighter meal of Spanish inspired tapas!
