 "Very good to excellent"
We loved the outlook of your lounge area. Front desk and restaurant staff excellent. The only downside for us was when a visitor swiped the side of our rental car when pulling into the parking lot. When we returned the vehicle we discovered we had to pay the excess insurance until the claim had been completed which could take 3 months. However, the front staff acted very professionally and were happy to support the information we gave to the Car Rental Company just as they did the young woman who caused the accident.
