Pros: Apart from arrival reception information was good and positive outlook on most staff i just had one negative staff member who may have directed his predjudice to me?
Cons: On arrival a more mature staff member i felt did not realise how tired i was and was particularly negative. i felt his behaviour to me was different to that i witnessed wioth others and i think that the reasons for this could me identified within further training.

Pros: Staff is very helpful, can tell a lot about what's going on. good rooms, clean hostel. easily reachable by trams 13 and 17. quiet surroundings.
Cons: Sometimes it was very busy where it seems the hostel was understaffed.

Cons: Out of town, next to highway. instructions for finding it were not correct, having really hard time finding bus stop for direction airport.
