Location to transportation was excellent. across the street from the train station with airport access and metro a few feet awa. plenty restaurants within 1 minute walk. hotel was decent for the star rating. i liked the cloth brocade walls. this was quite a fancy hotel in its day. price was good for paris.
As with most aging hotels, maintenance was lacking. toilet dispenser broken. hook for shower head broken off. radiator control didnt work from room.15 Nov 09

Staff were kind and helpful. room was worn out and tired looking but still relatively clean. would be a lovely hotel with a little money put into it. We were on the third floor and the lift did not work. leaking pipe in the bathroom. very worn 06 Nov 09
