The hotel is located on the east side of Paris in a quiet side street near the lively Bastille area. The hotel is surrounded by typically Parisian cafes, markets and shops. The nearby metro station is practical for direct connections to the Champs-Elysees boulevard, the Eiffel Tower and the famous Galeries Lafayette department stores.
How to reach the Armstrong Hotel?From Airport Orly: Take the C6 (yellow) SNCF train and change trains at Antony station to the RER B train and change trains at 'Châtelet Les Halles'. Change to the RER A train direction 'Marne-La-Vallée'/'Boissy-Saint-Léger' and get off at station 'Nation'. From there, take metro line 9 direction 'Mairie de Montreuil' and get off at metro stop 'Porte de Montreuil'. The hotel is a 2-minute walk away from the metro station. From the station, just go up the tree-lined avenue on the left-hand pavement (past the brasserie “Le Davout” and a laundrette) and you will find the hotel in the first street on your left.

Clean ,close to metro , we found it quiet
Bad smell of drains in showeroom,small rooms,pictures a bit decieving make place look much bigger, also the price quoted was approx £30 cheaper than the amount we paid when converted to euros so becareful (websites exchange rate not up to date)Ramsey
