The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tremendous. the overall experience was very good.
Upon arrival we were allocated a twin room despite having booked a double. we were promptly moved the dungeon of room number 12, which is located on the gound floor adjacent to the hotel boilers. the following morning we were moved to a more pleasant double room on the first floor, although all rooms are fairly small it seems. The weekend special rate included a good buffet breakfast which made our stay quite good value for money.the reception service was good and the general standard good.overall a good choice for the city tourist with a merto and two good bus routes very near at hand.the hotel suited us as a middle aged couple making a family visit to the city and with experience of moving around paris.Not a lively area for the younger guest and with little local shopping but quite near clichyWeber

Staff were helpful.Rooms were very small. the central heating did not come on the first two days, and only after the second complaint were we given a small heater, and the following day after a complaint from another guest, the heat came on.

For a chain hotel, this one surprisingly had charm. the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. the breakfast is varied and generous. the staff is helpful and kind.For us nothing negative, but the rooms might not be suitable for anyone old, disabled or overweight. the bathtub/shower required a three-foot climb up and over and the entrance to the toilet was through a narrow passageway between sink and tub.Anonymous
