The hotel was in a good location, central to most sights.
When i came to pay on checking out i was charged more than what the room said it cost on the website. it is not made clear that credit cards are given to reserve your room. i was presented with reciepts with numbers and figures on that bared no relevance to any price i had seen on the website. on a minor point there was no shower curtain meaning potential for broken necks. would not stop in a best western again.

On a very hot day in paris, it was nice to arrive in an airconditioned room. it was clean, and quiet, beds were good, so a great overall experience. parking was possible in the same street (in a public parking garage), although at 30 eur / day, it didn't come cheap.
Don't use the minibar, unless you want to pay 7 eur for a coke or orange juice (you can get the same for 1 eur around the corner, so that's a big ripoff). also, don't use the breakfast in the hotel: you can get a much cheaper breakfast around the corner on a nice french terrace with fresh croissants and great cappuccino: how to better start a day in paris?

Great position, lots of lively bars and restaurants near by but room still very quite and beautifully decorated. it was our 25th wedding anniversary and was the perfect hotel.
Breakfast was far too pricey and don't even think about the mini bar - (8e for a small can of heineken!)

We got room 300, supposedly 100, 200, 300, 400s are all the priciest rooms. we got a room that was priced at 475 euros for 100!!! it was beyond expectation. it was clean, beautiful, had a nice view and was classy. i highly recommend this hotel. would not mind paying 200 euros for the hotel room as it was a great relaxation after a full day of sights. the bed was also very comfortable. staff spoke english and were nice. they also kept our lugage 6hrs before check in and 6 hrs after check-out. thank you!
It would be great to have some extra amenities such as a sauna, hot tub or a pool. price of breakfast was 18 euro.

Staff were polite and friendly. room was well appointed and clean.
Room was not ready in late morning upon arrival had to waid 1.5 hrs. check in staff did not even acknowledge my note to early arrival! i had to ask. this could have been avoided if the information regarding the reservation was attended to. while waiting coffee was charged at 7,00 euro's a little exargeration.... and at least should have been offered by hotel as a courtesy. basic stuff in a 4 star.

Very nice hotel. we had a room more spacious than usual for paris. newly refurbished. excellent location: close to grands boulevards and several metro stations.
The noise isolation is poor and we could hear the lift going up and down.

Very clean hotel in a central location
The bar service was lacking, there was not a staffed bar, you had to ask at reception for a drink and then they did not have what we wanted, we asked for white wine on arrival on saturday night they did not have any, they then ran out of red wine and on sunday and monday they had no wine at all. also it mentioned that there was a mini bar in the rooms these were empty not even water in them.

Cost of the breakfast was very high and when we arrived they only had 1 room booked instead of the 4 we had booked - when they found the paperwork they realised that they had made a mistake.
