Very friendly/helpful staff. very nice nespresso coffee machine made excellent coffee & espresso at breakfast time. room was no frills but clean and the bath had lots of hot water and good pressure. location was great -- two blocks from metro, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.Nothing.Anonymous

The hotel was incorrectly marked on the map on the easytobook website. this resulted in spending 40mins in the morning & evening travelling to and from the conference centre where i was attending a conference. this was brought to the attention of the website who have now corrected the map. i asked for a discount based on this inconvenience and the website declined, saying this was a matter between myself and the hotel. i found this unacceptable - the website will be taking a % of what the hotel charges for a room. i'm surprised that the webiste does not feel responsible for what is on their website. i booked the hotel in good faith based on the description on the wesbite. therefore, based on this experience and the subsequent response from the easytobook website i will not use this website again, and nor will i recomend this website to colleagues and friends. Hotel very nice and staff very helpfulThe map on your website is completely inaccurate and so the hotel was on the other side of paris from the palais des congrais wasting lots of time each day
