Nicely decorated room with new soundproof windows and modern tv. nice enough atmosphere.
On your website i understood that breakfast and parking was included in the room rate. neither were and this should have been made clear.Curran

All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned with sheets and towels changed every day.Website had quoted price with breakfast but when we arrived hotel said this was not the case and wanted to charge breakfast on top. they waived the three days breakfasts we'd already had but it took a little persuading. although the hotel was very clean, it is a little shabby and noise from other rooms is considerable. the third bed in our room had some slats missing and creaked every time my son moved !Anonymous
