E' posto in una posizione ottima poichè a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro. e' adatto a chi consapevole di spendere poco si sa accontentare.la pulizia delle camere è ottima.
Il bagno è piccolo, nonostante ciò la doccia è abbastanza grande.
