The staff were very efficient, friendly and approachable. the hotel location was excellent. the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.
I felt the room was very small, and perhaps not as good value as i expected. the air conditioning did not appear to work also. a recommendation to the hotel would be to present a more detailed map of the hotel location on the hotel website, and to allow it to be printed.Anonymous
