Hotel is in the heart of the `red light' area so would not be suitable for families. however, for people who want great access to the centre of paris via the metro it was superb. there was a great deli practically next to the hotel and bars across the road where a reasonably priced lunch could be bought. not sure that i would have ventured into some of them at night though.....
The hotel is in a busy street. the night sound did not bother me but light sleepers may experience problems.Purwanto

Friendly helpful staff warm welcome Was in room 11 which faced the street and on friday and saturday night experienced a lot of noise from the clubs/bars opposite particularly the brazilian bar which kept going strong until 8 a.m had a lot of interrupted sleep. there were no tea of coffee making facilities in the room although had a vending machine in reception area which was well stocked.Wilkinson

Hotel staff are very co-operative and helpful, really easy to get to and from into the sights of paris and its location is right near the bars of montmarche.Was difficult to find places that sold cigarettes, parisians very rude (not the ones that are working)Anonymous

The non-engligh speaking staff on at night were increadably nice... really really helpfull, friends and funny even thought she couldnt speek english. (and very patient to try and understand us) really close to the moulin rouge.English speaking staff on during the day were not very helpfull, uptight ect. really close to the moulin rouge, and lots of sex shops ect, may not be so appropriate for kidsAnonymous
