The hotel was beautiful. very modern. the staff were very welcoming and spoke very good english! the rooms were clean and very comfortable... the bed was amazing! there were lots of nice touches e.g fluffy white dressing gowns and slippers in our room.The bathroom was not the same as the one advertised on the website! we had to be moved from our first room as there was no bath. The staff at banke hotel were very friendly and did their utmost to keep us happy. we stayed for a week and any request was delivered on time and with a smile. we loved the venue, great part of paris, very central to everything. we will stay there again and at the hotel's chain in spain. well done banke hotel. we loved our time in paris and at your hotel.NothingAnonymous
