The staff were excellent as was the presentatation of the facilities and housekeeping.our family really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and any requests were handled with a no fuss attitude. we stayed at five other hotels in france and italy and this was by far our best hotel experience. Anonymous

The hotel bassano is an excellent facility. it is centrally located on a quiet street near the arc de triomph and the champs elysee and within walking distance of the eiffel tower. the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and the rooms are large and comfortableAnonymous
