The hotel staff was very kind and helpful
The first room we were given was a sort of storeroom, damp and sticky, on the ground floor in tha back side with no natural light. then we complained and we were given a better room on the 1st floor. breakfast is served in an incredibly hot room under the basement; it's a sort of cellar with no windows and very little if compared to the number of guests. we had to wait for the other guests to finish their breakfast
