The hotel is perfectly situated, my room was very clean and nice. the hotel staff people were very helpful and friendly to me. i like also bathroom design, colors and the furniture (bed).
Almost nothing just a bit - it is not very good sound isolation. may be if people want to watch tv in the late evening, for example, that can irritate their neighbors next door.
