despite the information on website - there was no bar at the hotel
if the room was representative of the hotel then it is past its best - but it was clean and as a base ok for a short breakCunha

Nice location, good priceThe staff, at the breakfast is very unpolite, they laugh at clients faces, talk bad things in french thinking we dont speak, the breakfast runs out before the time, because they don't have the ingredients.... one day i complained very seriously and suddenly all the item appeared like a miracle...
there is no internet free and the fee is outrageously. the room is very old and smell badAnonymous

All staff were extremely helpful. we arrived in the city early and went to the hotel to drop off our bags and were fortunate to find that the room was ready so were able to book in early.room was spotlessly clean. breakfast was included in the price of our stay and was excellent value. would recommend to friends and would stay there again ourselves. the aircon was broken which we knew about before travelling - due to be fixed in october - and a fan was provided in the room .Dale

. a first class hotel
. exellent value for money
. staff were very friendly, polite and helpful
. breakfast was better than expected
. hotel was imaculate and tasteful
. the positition of the hotel was well appointed as it was easy to get to major attractions
. close proximity to st lazare and liege metro
. would highly recommend to anybody.

Fantastic location! close to a major train station, 2 metro stations, amazing backery nearby, quiet street at night, busy during the day, walking distance to montmarte restaurants and nightlife, 2-3 metro-stops to the seine and all its attractions. clean rooms, little toiletries, self-contoled air conditioning. never tried the breakfast though... The staff were very helpful, once you enlisted them, but seemed rather stunned that i was asking them to make reservations for me etc. polite and sweet though.Muhsen

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. desk staff were very gracious, spoke english well and were quick to help us with questions we had about the hotel, getting around paris, booking a tour, etc. room was clean and in good shape. location close to gare st lazare was helpful to us for our day trip to bayeux.Room space was a bit cramped for three adults (2 doubles and 1 roll-away), but this was expected.Kumar
