The room was lovely.
No assistance for luggage. not told there was a 'special way' to turn the lights on with your room key. wake up call not given. questioned by the manager as to why i was staying in a 'superior' room when i was traveling by myself - a standard room would have done nicely. no clock in room. Anonymous

Friendly , helpful staff, excellent location, lovely rooms, very clean, stylish and welcoming- would love to stay there again.Nothing negative but would like to suggest an electric kettle and cups for boiling water and making tea.Pyle

The location is perfect. the rooms are nicely decoratedThe rooms are small, but the location makes up for that. the ironing facilities are woeful. you have to use an iron in the basement on half an ironing board. Anonymous

Beautiful room with view of the pantheon. only small room but bathroom was spaciaous with bath. topclass fittings and decor. reception staff were friendly and spoke excellent english. Anonymous
