The hotel was close to arc de triumph, and had nice surrounding area, nice also within walking distance to champs elysees. room though a bit on the small side but still nice.Anonymous

Location is good and value for moneyHotel staff move my luggages and spoilt my luggage. initially they refuse to compensate and after much agrument, they finally accepted their mistake and responsiblity and compenstated us eur30 even though our luggage costs eur50. very disappointed & upset.Anonymous

I had a wonderful stay a this cheerfully renovated hotel and enjoyed the excellent location bordering good (non-touristy) restaurants and cafes. there is an excellent delicatessen/patisserie opposite, called maison pou.Only negative things i noticed is that you can hear your neighbours' phone ringing.Mc Ilroy

Friendly staff. great air conditioning. great view from our window. 24 hour reception with helpful staff. clean room. fantastic high pressure shower which was great at the end of a long day of walking around paris. the rooms are sound proof so it was great to sleep well. it is in a nice area and i felt safe walking back there late at night. daily changing of towels. hair dryer,towel rail, tv, phone. quietness. great location. a few minutes walk from arc de truimph, taxi rank, bus stop, metro station, shops, restaurants. would definately stay there again.On the hotel website it mentioned safe boxes and there was none. there was also a picture which looked like a terrace or pation area. we chose this as we thought it looked like a safe place to go out in the night to have a cigarette. there was no garden or terrace. for smoking we had to go out on the street. even the balconies were off limits for smoking.Taylor

Hotel location was excellent. just about 8-10 minutes to arc de triomphe and so the champs-Élysées. people on the front desk were generally helpful and there was someone 24 hour.1 - when i booked on easytobook website tax was included in the price. however when i got there they added municipal tax over my online booking price.(1.90 euro per person per night).
2 - as it is said in the descriptions there weren't a safe box in the room.
3 - there was an annoying noise in the room due to a failure in the central a/c system. i asked for a room change but they said it was all the same in all rooms so i had to sleep with that noise for 3 nights.
4 - everytime i asked for the wifi internet password they had an excuse of not giving it.gheronte

Booked a quick break to paris arrived fri night did'nt realise just how close the hotel is to arch de triomphe.. therefore can stroll to chand d'lyees from hotel!! staff very friendly and helpful, hotel has been refurbished it is clean fresh and modern.... simple design but perfect as a base... we did'nt eat breakfast in the hotel as in france youhave to experience the local pattisseries and there is a fab one if you turn left out of hotel then right then left... also the airfrance bus shuttle from cdg airport stops near the arch de triomphe 30euros to airport very convenient and cheaper than a taxi and no need to use metro etc.... had a great weekend in paris and would stay there again and highly recommend. room is big enough for a short stay!Anonymous
