Because of the small size of the hotel, we felt the staff got to know us and we them. they went out of their way to be helpful. the rooms are lovely and the views stunning.The only negative is access to the metro. the line that serves the area is not very useful for sightseers, but this is not the fault of the hotel, obviously.Anonymous

Lovely hotel in superb location, good sized rooms for parisOnly ever one person on the front desk. if you have been out for the day and just want to pick up your room key, you may have to wait while this one member of staff processes a check in, get's someone an iron, etcAnonymous
