The counter staff told me breakfast was not included in the booking. it was not clear in the printed detail. i went back to clarify. a different staff said it is clear that your booking is for b&b. when come to checking out the first one was at the desk demanding to pay for breakfast. i had to argue that i only had my breakfast after i was shown that it was included.
