When we first arrived the desk clerk (petar) was very rude. he acted like we were bothering him and he was not very helpful. we had a lot of questions because we had never been to paris before but he really was not interested in answering them. the desk clerk that relieved petar was very nice and helpful.

The crew working that this hotel with exception of the white gentelman at the desk were curtious and knowledgable. i do appreciate the 5th floor room and the cleaning lady (black female) was so curtious and helpful. she needs a promotion.
The ceiling in the parking garage driped some material into my 4 euro coke that i purchased at the reception area. i would like to see a place to unwind without any visitation from the staff. i asked for a napkin and the waiter had no idea what i was talking about. i can't fault someone for not speaking english but if you try to service an american i hope that you could provide me a translator :) i also didn't like the elevator because when you try to get to the parking garage; you are at the mercy of any of the above 6 floors. i would like to see that garage ceiling cleaned up and a little more light.
