This hotel is crap, it looks dirty and real old, facilities are not up to sratch for a 3-star, this hotel does not deserve even a star. room description said free wifi but you have to pay €7/day for internet, mattress are so thin its like sleeping on a bunk bed. not bad if you just need somewhere to crash but if you want comfort and value for money please, please do not book this hotel. got a crap room when we checked in,intercom not working, telly remote broke, complained and got a crapper room as an "upgrade" apparently.

Not very accessable for elderly people, as there are 4 flights of stairs and no elevator before you actually get to the hotel reception

Room was too hot and we were told it was impossible to turn off the heating. parking was not as advertised. hotel entrance was up several flight of stairs and lift was not working.

All sorts of shabby corridors. a staff member spoke to me in hardly polite terms as i was about to enter a meeting room... that not marked as such. they'd better post some signs telling guests where entrance is allowed and where not. instead, it seems they prefer to blame their guests.

Reception is up two flights of stairs from street level and the lift is broken, so taking pushchairs and cases and toddlers up two flights to even get to reception is frustrating. the hotel was advertised as having baby cots, which we requested at time of booking. on arrival at hotel we were told the hotel did not own one - end of story. it was our problem, not theirs. the whole corridor on the fourth floor had no lighting - except the emergency fire signs. we had to fumble about in the dark to find our room as we arrived after 8pm. we informed reception and they said they'd get someone to look into it, but it was still in pitch darkness when we came back from dinner well over an hour later. we asked at reception for local places to eat - even cheap takeaway as we'd been travelling with small children since early afternoon. were told the nearest place to eat was at least a train journey away, which having arrived in paris in the evening was too much for young children. we decided to go for a short wander towards the train station and found three pizza places, a chineze, a kebab shop and a grocery store all within a couple of minutes of walk from the hotel! location of hotel was handy and it was cheap, but we received no service from the hotel.

The tv in hotel room is too small and the number of clean towels is quite limited.

On the site it should say that there is a charge for wireless internet. one of the main reasons we chose it was for the wireless. our room didnt have a mini bar like it said it would(was annoying because we bought ice cream on the way then had nowhere to put it). also it say '200m from the metro' but doesnt say which direction so we asked someone to point us to the road but after walking up and down looking for it for 30mins with 40kgs of baggage it was quite frustrating to find out that the road it is on is split into two, one on each side of the metro and we happened to get pointed in the wrong direction. the receptionist working at the time didnt speak much english although we did manage to get most things through to her in the end. although only being 200m from the metro it doesnt state that it costs extra to catch the metro to the centre of paris from the zone it is situated in therefore it may have ended up costing the same to stay in a more expensive place closer to the centre of paris.

The hotel was quite a bit off the beaten path but a taxi to the la defense metro station is only a few euro. the rooms were small, dirty, the pillows smelled the mattresses were dirty and stained. the shower had mold growing in it. the room was not very well ventilated. i am pretty sure they were great rooms a couple years ago but years of disrepair and visitors have taken thier toll. we have traveled most of europe and here it really holds true; you get what you pay for.

Not the nicest immediate area, but only a 15 min walk from the business hub (la defense)

Hotel had lovely reception however decor was very old and tatty, paper coming off ceilings, holes in walls, woodchip wallpaper

The escalator is not working, could have been better if the room was ac, but anyway opening the window was easy.
