Every single member of staff were delightful, helpful and supremely polite. this is a definite recommendation and if i ever go to paris again (which i will!) i'll stay at this hotel again not only because of its easy location, but also because i've not a bad word to say about it.Anonymous

Location was excellent and staff were very helpful. 
Room was not as big as we were lead to believe and didn't get the view we asked for considering we paid extra for a privileged room.
